| I signed up for the traffic panther on 11/17/05 and requested a refund on 12/16/05. It just didn't deliver as promised. I have yet to receive my refund after numerous emails. Jodi, if you read this, since you're making so much money, can I have my $197 back? My username was mpthink and the ticket id for my refund request is OOC-347932. I plan to post a complaint on as many boards as I can find until I get my refund. |

This complaint is inadequate - you fail to explain why it didn't "deliver" - I am uncertain whether to allow such a negative comment without reasonable justification. In no way have you justified your complaint. The fault could all be your own unless you make clear the shortcomings of the product.
Please present a convincing argument why this message should remain.

My major complaint is about not receiving my refund yet. It's approaching 2 months since I requested a refund. Is that not a sufficient reason to be concerned?
Concerning the product itself, I implemented the steps that were required to supposedly produce traffic, but there was no increase in traffic. I can live with that...fine, the product doesn't work, just give me my money back as promised. That's the problem. He's keeping my money when he promised a prompt return. |

Hello Marvin...
Today I was informed of your complaint concerning a refund. First of all let me appologize it's taken longer than it should for your refund. There are over 4000 members in my progroam and I have very competant staff helping with emails and accounting. Obviously a few will get lost in the shuffle. I have no problem issuing refunds and we do so promptly but again occasionally issues arrise, mostly out of our control, and then there's miscommunications and etc.
I have your information here and front of me and will personally write you a check and mail it to your Florida address today.
Again, please forgive any delay on our part.

| I joined very recently and have had trouble getting into the back office, but Millie has been very responsive, answering questions quickly and researching problems. It's rare that I get good, polite and fast support like that from any business, so I'm going to give Traffic Panther a good try at least. |
