Hi,
I'd originally posted a query in the sitesell section before I noticed that there was this section.
Now though I do have grounds for a legitimate complaint, I'm more interested in resolution. So if someone can point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.
Basically, I've had technical issues with SBI and after a series of interactions with the support staff, where the technical issue could not be resolved, I requested a refund. For unknown reasons, the communications just seemed to lapse thereafter. In other words, no one processed my refund and has been in limbo for a long time now.

I've had my share of complaints about Sitesell support, but I must admit not responding isn't one of them.
I've pushed them a bit hard at times, but to their credit, they've always remained calm and professional and always responded, even if I wasn't always happy they were answering the question I asked.
Different individuals vary, but unless something very strange has happened recently, I don't believe they are deliberately ignoring your refund request.
In your shoes, I'd dig out the phone number from the site and use that.
Have to hand the details of your previous communications - both directions, together with dates and email headers.
If you really don't fancy the phone, use the support form one more time, but be prepared to use the "help" address if you hear nothing within a day.
Cheers,
Charlie.
P.S. Make sure you aren't getting email filtered out your end. This can happen. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."

robz, If you take Charlie's advice and it doesn't work, please contact me and I'll see what I can do. SiteSell is a good company. _________________ Allan Gardyne
