It only work if you a good marketer and have a 20 000 buget. if your one of these go for it.

Woudn't it be better to create your own list of high paying keywords?
A hundred other people have seen this list and are now competing for these words.
Paying someone else for a copy of their research usually doesn't work out so well when you are the 100th buyer. This is even worse when the information is handed out for no cost.
There is no substitute for individual effort and research. Anyone who says differently is selling something.

Several high-paying keywords, are not even high paying keywords.. Some our true, but out-dated, and some true, but hard to get those high paying companies... Luck and talent is needed.
