I'm trying to make a decision on my direction with tools to create and manage a few affiliate sites and one site selling my own proofreading and editing services to start cash flow. Have one site started? At stage where I need content.
A side comment... Read the posts on the subject of WYSIWYG editors. N/vu is the one I have been using. My interests are primarily in other areas rather than the tech activities.
QUESTION PART ONE
Have heard a great deal about using programs like PHP Nuke and WordPress For content management. What would be the best choice for ease of use and effective output? Not limited to these two.
QUESTION PART TWO
Opinion about Rapid Niche Website by Jeff Walters as site builder software combined with content manager? Value at $197? Recommend anything else?
[To keep this discussion on one topic, I've deleted on of the questions. Admin.]

SoCal1, You'll tend to frighten people away if you ask a list of questions, especially if they're questions on different topics.
I've deleted one of your questions. Feel free to ask it separately under an appropriate subject line. _________________ Allan Gardyne

I prefer wordpress as it has HUGE support behind it. There are many folks who are working day n night and make it really great platform. You can find almost any plugin under the sun.

I have heard its great thing. Some of my freinds use it and Highly recommend it. it reduces the technical mumba jumbo and other stuff... if I remember RNW by Jeff takes wordpress platform and then creates good sites.
then, there is Content creator Pro too its cheap than RNW. Its around 97$. But its a nice tool to create niche sites. This one I also recommend a lot

Thank You Allan and Varun for your replies.
I was too anxious to get opinions! Will break up my questions into smaller bites in the future. Will also check out Content Creator Pro.
