I got banned (incorrectly) and managed to get back. My advise is be polite and persistent. If you haven't heard from them in two weeks make contact again (politely).
Offer to provide evidence of your innocence.
If you're guilty I guess your best chance is to hold your hands up and beg to be let back in. _________________ Make Money Online. |

Outbout media has strict anti-fraud rules, and the clicks thru's are scanned like Google, but outbout will work with you to help make sure you dont have fraudlent clicks
Googles TOS will not let you re apply if you have been banned once, and neither will Outbout's but on the flip side, it's easier to get banned from google because they take a single person with a grain of salt, vs companies like Outbout are more personal
Good luck _________________ http://www.outboutmedia.com - Monetize your website using Pay Per Click (PPC) contextual banner ads that automatically match your sites content. |

If you're into Adsense there is a way to prevent invalid clicks which will definately lead to account suspension for sure.
Imagine having raked up $100+ or any amount for that matter and getting shut down by Google when it wasn't even your fault.
That sucks Big Time!

Here are some good reasons why google accounts get suspended...FYI
Advertising your site on paid to read sites, paid to surf sites, paid to click sites. Any site that is incentive...by getting paid to click, if you advertise your site on these type of sites, you will indeed get shut down by google.
Read the Google TOS carefully. |

Once your banned, your banned. Only other way is getting a friend to sign up and you kindly donate your earnings to them _________________ Adsense Secrets For Six Figure Blogging OUT SOON - http://makemeablogger.blogspot.com |

I've been reading this post and somewhat worried about Google adsense. On the other hand, and using logic, I don't think Adsense likes banning people because the only thing they are doing with that, is loosing money.
If you have been using Adsens for, let's say 1 year, wouldn't they really know if you are doing something illegal? After a year, they should guess your not going to destroy all your hard work for only a few clics... They should have enough resources to know that someone in trying to close your account...
I think Google is serious about business and will not try to swindle anybody because he's earning a lot of money... Google will be recieving money too. |

After reading several posts here, newbies who decided to join the Google Adsense world should take a note about this matter. If you decided to do an honest business in adsense, then you don't have to be afraid of anything. Adsense can really increase your income but lately, the CTR has dropped a little bit because of the changes they made. _________________ Get your free report on How To Obtain 1000 Lists In 3 Days For Free |
