Dear All,

What can you do if your Adsense account is disabled due to "invalid" clicks?

Can you re-apply for a new account for similar websites?

John

Did you mail google that there were no invalid clicks and all your clicks were genuine ?

And if you have mailed, did you get reply from google ?

Edit : By the way I saw your site johnwoon.com and there are adsense ads on your home page. How can you tell that your account is suspended ?

Hi,

You can ask Google to reconsider your ban. However, if you are unsuccessful in that, you are not allowed to reapply. Even if you did apply under a different name, bank account, etc., if you did start using the same sites, you would be banned again.

Hi All

The case of google disabling sites appears to becoming quite a common event as I have just had mine disabled for click violation but I dont know why, I have emailed them and at the same time checked out other forums, from the information that i have obtained it looks like I will be very lucky if I get any reply, as this NOT replying with any information on the alleged offense is quite normal.
Googles decides if your account is to be disabled and that is final.
Something I picked up from other forums is that there are some very nasty people out there who will be quite happy to do repeat clicks on a site just for the sole purpose to get it banned.
They say that somtimes you learn the hard way this may be one of those times, Anyone looking to get there site reinstated good luck.

Best Regards

Ray

Google rules with an iron thumb. I guess they can since they own so much of the web servivces we use these days. It's a brilliant marketing strategy that they have... but man it can be annoying! Like blueray639 said, a competitor can just keep clicking on some adsense ads in a competitors website in a repitious manner and then that site can possibly be banned. I think Google does that to try to keep things honest (as ironic as that is). For example, userA has an adsense account set-up from home and then goes to work on a different cpu with different IP and repeadtly clicks his ads to make money. Well, I wouldn't be suprised if Google sees this as fraud and then places the ban. Don't know how they have it set-up... and Google will never tell us.

I think you will find that Google have most of the options on fraud covered as they can suspend an account because they have detected some kind of unusual activity, if it is your IP clicks or if another IP clicks too much the assumption is that you have asked someone to boost your income for you.
If you are also an AdWord subscriber then all of these measures are there to protect you as much as others.

If you listen to most of the people on the forums who have said that their accounts have been shut down, it is not because of some massive amount of false clicks. Many report very low earnings. So why is the account shut down? Normally it is a very small number of clicks in a short period of time.

At Adsense Tracker we are working to address this issue by suspending any ip address that reaches a certain number of clicks in a 24 hr period. And Adsense Tracker will also give users the option to change the ads to Clickbank, Searchfeed, YPN or whatever you want after a predetermined number of clicks that come from a particular IP address.

So not only do you protect your adsense account from being banned, but it could actually increase your income with additional profit sources.

Can this help those who may have already fallen afoul of Adsense? Yes, by showing that you have taken strict measures to eliminate click fraud from your pages, the reviewers at Google may take a positive look at reinstating your account.

The upgrade will be free to all current owners of the Adsense Tracker. I hope to have it available very soon.

well google need to be little more transparent like CPA networks .. my google account was cancelled few years ago and i never reapply . if you think google can pay you much more than any other network you are simply wrong ... affiliate networks can make much more money for you provided that you select and rotate ads with care.

I feel your pain. One of my sites recently got banned from the adsense program after i was only a few days away from a $850 payout. I recieved an email saying it was due to invalid clicks. I guess there are a lot of webmasters out there having the same problem. I am currently trying oxado.com as well as bidvertiser.com although there earnings seem to be extremely low.

I would suggest all webmasters take a proactive approach to their accounts. Get to know your rep and talk to them. You can prevent a lot of problems and when and if there is a problem you'll have a contact point.

I'm sorry to hear that, my friend.

But, you still can reapply to Adsense.

Use another email account. Use your spouse/siblings name. Use different address/contact information. Use another website. Reapply to Adsense a few month after the suspension. A guy at another forum did it successfully.

PS: This is a quick-dirty tricks. Use it at your own risk. Smile

All the more reason you shouldn't use it. Google isn't stupid. If they get ads showing up on a site that was already banned once, they'll investigate.

Many times the ban is fairly automated. Google has some very high-tech methods for determining click fraud. They are also pretty good about working with you if things are not your fault.

So keep emailing them and see if you can get in touch. Explain what happened and find out why they think you have fraudulent clicks.

Be careful with using same article again and again. Google don't like seeing same content linking to many webpages, so write your own arcticles.
