you can buy resell rights for products from ebay.
when you submit your CB product for approval you need to provide proof that you have resell rights.

Search the net and join a RR membership site for a monthly fee- getting a certian amount of products free each month- there are many out there.

Don't do that.
Pay for a high quality resell rights product, from that is only a limited number of copies sold. So it will be not to find at every corner. Even most people who buy it, will NOT take action upon it, so you will have not much competition.
Also vamp up the salescopy and add some great bonuses. You can even get joint ventures with that. I know someone who's done it with success.
Even better is to use a Private Label Right product. So you can make it even more unique by rewriting it, or adding screenshots or something, and making a own cover and salesletter graphics.

Because you can have a good product, without having to create one. Don't underestimate this, many marketers use this model with great success.
You could also see it as a similar model to affiliate marketing. You sell other people's products, but when you resell a downloadable product, then you don't get only a percentage of the salesprice, but 100%.
