I'd love to hear what niche finding programs / tools you experienced guys recommend. It's easy to get overwelmed with all the products available. I obviously want to invest my money wisely to come up with that great 1st website to start building useful content for, etc. My plan is to find the great niche then purchase SBI to get me through the website building process. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

I suggest that you pick a unique niche that you have a passion for or have a lot of knowledge about. It will be easier to build a site and write content for a site when you like the topic. _________________ www.MarketLeverage60milewalk.com - Affiliate Marketers Giving Back for Breast Cancer
jbolte1976, my advice for you is to try to stick with your passion when selecting a niche. You will be way more sucessful that way.
It will also help keep you focused on your goal. If you pick a niche that you know nothing about you will likely fail your first time like most people.
Just sit back and brainstorm what you know about and what you are an expert in or passionate about.
It could be work related, personal, or just a hobby.
Then once you find your niche find a way to montitize it.
By the way Ken Evoy affilaite masters course is pretty good at taking you through discovering your niche and it is FREE.
Check it out.
Good Luck. _________________ Evan Gould
