The program I am developing will involve associates or affiliates making offline sales. I will be compensating the Associate or Affiliate who recruits these distributors. Commissions are expected to be significant, but at this time are an unknown factor until a statistical track record is developed.

As an incentive to get Associates to actively promote and recruit, I am considering drawing on an offline industry practice involving co-op advertising.

In addition to the normal two-tier commissions, I intend to offer seasonal promotions to reimburse Associates for their advertising costs for recruiting active distributors. The reimbursement would be limited by a percentage of the sales generated by their recruits. Basically, it would be a seasonaly enhanced commission structure to match a set amount of advertising and promotion done by the affiliate.

Poll1: Do other programs offer this incentive?
Poll2: Would this be an attractive feature?

Hi Kirk,

I'm not sure that an affiliate program (OFFline) will work as well as they do online.
