If you have a 30-40 page website, with each page providing content..... How would you INTERLINK the webpage together, to make the website better for SEO purposes?

interlink every single page, to everyother page? so it is a huge networked linked site,of pages ALL linked to one and other?

Are there any disadvantages of linking Everysingle page, to every other single page on your website, to make a HUGE network of links? is there any disadvantage in terms of SEO?

or link it any other way? / have a site map?

Please see this Attached diagram, It gives an example of this, but this diagram is for a 9 page website(to make the diagram easier)

This is my own opinion.

I always ask myself this simple question whenever I'm about to link to an internal or external page.

- Why I'm linking to this page?

- If I was the reader, will this link be beneficial to me?

- If I was reading this, what else would I want to read after this?

- What product solves the need or problem this page talks about?

Any many other questions along this line. I never link to an internal page or website that is totally off topic to what is discussed on that particular page.

I hope this will give you a rough idea on how to go about linking your 30-40 page website.

One more thing I forgot.

You can also make a site map that you can link from your homepage that links all your other pages together.

If your 30 page site had the most optimized linking internal linking strategy possible, it likely wouldn't matter.

The FOCUS of search engines is NOT on internal linking. The minute changes it could have on Search Ranking don't make it worth investigating.

Make sure each page on your site can be crawled. Make a site map. Then get out there and get quality links.

People worry way to much about little things... see the big picture.

I have never tried to link all of my pages together. I would build a web page and link back to my home page and maybe a couple of other pages and that was it. By setting up each page around a uniquekeyword phrase and limiting the number of out bound links I have been able to get hundreds of pages on page one of Google.
