Hello again all,

I've been putting together content for my future web site and currently have about 30 pages worth of content written for my niche.

My question is: with a new web site should I blast all my content onto the site at once, or only put up a few pages a day or even every couple of days?

I plan on using SBI and was wondering if the search engines would view it differently if it was all put up in just a few days or if it kept seeing the site building over a longer time frame.

I'm mostly doing it this way, so I can concentrate on researching and building content now, and concentrate on learning how to build a web site later. I don't want to get overrun trying to learn both at the same time.

Thanks again all, this forum is great Very Happy ,

I think you should put up a few pages at a time since Google likes when you add content.

It doesn't matter.

Who are you trying to please?

You think of your CUSTOMER and intended Audience.

You place QUALITY content on your sites as you develop your sites with PURPOSE.

There is no point in placing "content" on your site if it doesn't serve a useful purpose.

If you are just cutting and pasting other peoples work and worried about a Search Engine penalty. You don't have a viable business plan.

Oh, if it were as easy as cutting and pasting I would easily have many more pages then the 40 pages of content I have now. Easily 10 times as much, bt would it really be worth having. No, I've written all of my own useful content.

At the same time if it will give me a little help with the search engines to take a few weeks to put up the content I've already written as compared to a few days. Then that's fine, because right now I have no customers or web presents.

Also, I certainly have a business plan that extends well beyond startup.

Thanks again for any advice Wink ,

The point is this:

There are millions of new links added each day. Search Engines are SOFTWARE. They don't care about your site.

They crawl sites at a different pace.

So you post a link to 30 blogs in one day. So what?

When are they going to crawl each of those blogs? When will they crawl the page your link is on?

It doesn't matter. You can not control it.

Put up your content when it is ready to be in the eyes of the public.

Post your links when it makes sense to post them and you have time.

Forget about all the BS you read about putting up too many links at once. ITS ALL BS.

You post links to get traffic. Search Engine rank is just a bonus.

People who don't understand this will NEVER make any real money.

No point in putting just some of your content.
If your site is dedicated to a specific theme / niche and you have good quality content, there's no point in delaying its publication.

If your site gets traffic and people have nothing to read their, what’s the point?

Thanks so much for the replys.

The best thing to do at this point is to just keep writing content. Luckily I have no shortage of that for my current niche.

I easily have another hundred pages or more of good content to write eventually.

Thanks all Smile ,

My website is over 1000 pages now, and I add content all of the time. Mostly I do it via my blog now, but I have such a large kewyord list that I will die before I ever add content targeting all of them.

Just be consistent and you will end up with a website that brings in quality traffic and long term income!

I think content has to be published gradually.Google may rate you as a spam site if you blast your content all at once.Although there is no proof for this and i have never seen any site penalized this way but many SEOs prefer putting content gradually.
