Hello Everyone,

I am looking for affiliate network or 3rd party that would offer me a solution to setup a 2-tier affiliate program on my website AND handle payments to my affiliates.
Similar solution as the ClickBank offers, but to support a 2 tier setup and, if possible, my own affiliate registration, independent of the network.
I don't think this is some hi-tech service, and I wonder why nobody offers it.
