I have been visiting this section often, but have not been able to find what are exactly James Martell's methods? Will anyone be kind enough to precisely and conscisely summarize what are James Martell's methods at one place?.

oh well... if you read the forums I think about 70%-80% of his method is discussed here.

just take a look at one of his sites as mentioned in other threads. You can pretty much get it by analyzing his sites. On the other hand, if you;re a newcomer, i'd say to get the book.

Good advice is priceless!! Please don't offend people who offer it. You might ask for, say - is there a place where James' methods have been listed more concisely? - as an ongoing question. But don't, and I repeat, DON'T criticize good advice like that.

Hi Nahush,

You really need to search first (in this forum) to get to know what you're looking for. I think you were in hurry to know the CREAM of James Martell's method and how it actually works! It's very common to ask for something like that. There's no harm but it's often not recommended/suggested to do so since a lots of topics have already been covered regarding James Martell method and you'll need to go through all of them to get to know the summary (what you're looking for actually).

Summary of James Martell method:
-----------------------------------------

1. You will work as Affiliate/Associate/Partner for companies/merchants to promote their services like Product Sale, User Registrations etc. and in return you'll get commissions as per your efforts.

2. For this purpose, you'll need to bring traffic (visitors, prospective buyers/registrants) to merchants' sites through affiliate links placed in your website.

Ya, James Martell method's summary is creating affiliate website(s) on single product or multiple products. You may have your site on just one product or multiple similar types of products of different merchants.
You will have those products' review/description with Affiliate links. If a visitor becomes interested about a product , then s/he will go to the merchant's website through the links you placed in your website.

For getting visitors, your site should be Search-Engine-friendly & optimized so your site comes up as a search result for a particular product search. Your site should be indexed in Search Engine for that purpose. There are lots of discussions here about SEO. James Martell method says, you'll have to have lots of Articles/Contents regarding your NICHE with related keywords so it gets indexed by search engine. He recommends minimum 300 to 500 articles !!!!

Hi All,

First, let me make it clear that I'm not trying to bad mouth James Martell.

However, I recently bought his book and then was introduced to another book, shortly after, by one of his original students who has strayed away from his methods because they haven't worked very well for him in a year and a half.

I'm fairly new at this and all I want to do is to learn it right the first time.

I'm a subscriber to James Martell's "Affiliate Buzz" also and he addresses some of the changes happening, especially with Google.That being the case, it's only a matter of time before the other major search engines catch up.

As I said, I'm not trying to slam Martell in any way.

Even Colin told me that James is very good at constructing an affiliate site, it's just the methods after that, that can become a problem for long term stability.

Once again, I'm not an expert (yet), I'm just passing on what I've read.
