I've tried several times in the last couple of days to order sbi without success. I tried sending email to sitesell contact using their form but I cannot because I have no affiliate ID...how can I have an affiliate ID when I have not purchased the account? Does anyone know any other email addresses I could use to get in touch with sitesell? I need sbi urgently.  Thanks

You don't have to purchase anything to be a Sitesell affiliate.
Will the form not submit if you leave any of the fields blank? Have you tried selecting the "None of the above" category on the contact form and putting something like "not applicable" in the field(s) you can't complete?...

There is no other contact email address because of problems with spam. (other than the direct email address to Ken Evoy which, to the best of my knowledge, is only available after you have bought SBI).

I have done that bill. I selected "none of the above category" and it returned an error saying the verification graphic I entered is incorrect despite the fact that I am sure I entered the correct word.

All I can suggest is to try filling out the form again.
There is a form for pre-purchase questions...

... which doesn't really seem to be what you are after. I don't know if you could make contact with them using that route, to explain your situation, or not. The form is meant for people who are not sure if they want to buy SBI or not, and you appear to have already made your mind up.
I would give the contact form another try first of all.
Or you could sign up for their affiliate program if you are interested - affiliates.sitesell.com - to get an affiliate ID. You don't need to have made a purchase to join.
