When checking http://www.alexa.com to see how well sites are performing, which should I be more concerned with: Reach, Traffic or Page Views

Just look at every thing and compare your competitor stats against your alexa rankings stats. I must admit though, Alexa is not entirely accurate, but I still use them for a few things as I think they do help you out in some things a little.

Look at the traffic index - the graph, % gain etc.
