i have like 100-200 visits per day on my new blog i recently started .. and most of the visitors are having their own blogs .i want these peoples(visitors) to add my link in thier blog so that i can get traffic for life time ? wat should i do to motivate peoples to add my link in there blog .
any other suggestions to get revisits or life time traffic from such blog .

- Your question is not clear for me:
* you have visitors: you need them to comment your blog, ask them such as what is their opinions about this subjet? and they will comment your post.
* get links from their blogs: you will comment their blog ( many blogger use "nofollow", at this moment you will get just traffic no link and traffic).
* trackback their posts and they will ad links to your web site.

Write something that is of interest to them, and they'll link to your posts.
Also, link to those who comment on your blog and they will link to you in turn. Then, other readers will notice that you are generous in linking, and they will link to you. Honestly, once people start linking to you, it will happen more and more.

I think you should also start commenting to their blogs that will create reciprocal goodwill and you can be able to build a network.
