Unless you're a new subscriber, you'll know that I'm recovering from a bone marrow transplant needed because of a rare blood disorder ( What hospital is teaching me about Internet marketing ). The response has been staggering, beyond my wildest hopes.
Not only did you go to the revamped forum and post hundreds of wonderfully helpful, useful messages, many of you have continued to return, day after day, week after week, and help other affiliates.
The forum has become a warm, friendly community - a nice place to visit if you want a question answered.
As a result, AssociatePrograms.com's Alexa ranking has soared from a low point a year ago of about 6,000 (when my old web host was having repeated problems) to an Alexa ranking of under 1,500 today.
That's a massive increase.
And YOU did it.
It certainly wasn't my work - most of the time I was just concentrating on trying to stay alive. (Looks as though I've done it - I've just switched from hospital to day clinic. :-)

In a recent newsletter, Gary Antosh, the author of "How to Create Website Content Fast" wrote an interesting article about how he outsources his web page content.
It may not be a new concept, but Gary is one of the first webmasters to not only admit he gets outside authors to help him write loads of articles, he's also written an ebook about how to do it successfully.
For Gary it's a case of working smarter, not working harder.

3. Thought for today: The buffalo-beer theory
===================================
A herd of buffalo can move only as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it's the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first.
This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members.
In much the same way, the human brain can operate only as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells.
But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine.
And that is why you always feel smarter after a few beers.
